Description: Canyon is a try at picturing a tropical canyon with some luxuriant vegetation, inspired from a real place on Earth (Reunion island). Since the hardware wasn’t able to produce enough 3D meshes for the vegetation, I chose to use lots of spherical meshes with transparent leaves textures, and then I added some after work on Photoshop (that’s some nasty trick!). The result is very… 2000s-like :) This is a remastered version of the original source image.
