1) Copyrights on the site and all content freely available
All available content & free images on this site may be downloaded freely and CAN'T be modified nor incorporated in an another's work. You are allowed to use these images as your computer wallpaper but you do not have any rights to post them on the Internet or any other media.
ALL IMAGES ON THIS SITE ARE OWNED IN FULL BY THEIR RESPECTIVE COPYRIGHT OWNERS AND MAY NOT BE USED IN ANY PUBLICATION WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION. WE WILL PURSUE WHATEVER NECESSARY MEANS TO ENSURE THAT THIS COPYRIGHT NOTICE IS FULLY RESPECTED.
Note: If you have a non-commercial project and want to use one or several of our free images, you can contact us to ask for the permission. Please describe with details your project and give references to this project.
2) Customer Agreements (MUST BE READ BY CUSTOMERS)
2.A) Personal Membership Customer Agreement
By purchasing a 3D-Passion.com personal membership you agree to do not tell, post or give your username and password to anyone else. All images on 3D-Passion.com may be used as computer wallpaper on member's personal computer(s). All other uses are restricted. You are allowed to display the images downloaded on a maximum of 5 computers. All image copyrights are retained by the original copyright owners and are in no way or part transferred through the purchase of a 3D-Passion.com Membership.
BY DOWNLOADING AN IMAGE IN THE PERSONAL MEMBERSHIP YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE TO THIS PRESENT AGREEMENT. ANY OFFENDER WILL BE PURSUED BY FULL MEANS. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY EITHER "MAGIKNET EURL/AMADEI CEDRIC" (AUTHOR OF ORIGINAL 3D-PASSION.COM ARTWORKS) OR "JEFF QUICK" (AUTHOR OF MOODFLOW.COM PACK ARTWORKS) IF ANY OF THE PREVIOUS RULES HAVE NOT BEEN RESPECTED.
2.B) Commercial Membership & High Resolution Image Store Customer Agreement
THE LICENSE GRANTS YOU A NON-EXCLUSIVE, NON-SUBLICENSABLE RIGHT TO USE THE IMAGES OBTAINED DURING YOUR COMMERCIAL MEMBERSHIP OR IN THE HIGH RESOLUTION IMAGE STORE AS FOLLOW :
YOU MAY :
- USE THE IMAGES DURING A WORLDWIDE AND PERPETUAL BASIS ;
- FOR 3D-PASSION.COM ORIGINAL ARTWORKS:
1) COMMERCIAL MEMBERSHIP
INCORPORATE THE IMAGES IN ANY OF YOUR COMMERCIAL/NON-COMMERCIAL WORK (non-exhaustive list : ADVERTISING, PACKAGING, BOOKS, WEBPAGE DESIGN...) AS A DERIVATED RESOURCE FOR YOUR NEEDS, PROVIDED YOU INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING COPYRIGHT NOTICE "Image(s) copyright Amadei Cedric - www.3D-Passion.com -") IN AN EASY TO SEE PLACEMENT ON YOUR FINAL PRODUCT.
2) HIGH RESOLUTION IMAGE STORE - ROYALTY-FREE USE/PRICES
INCORPORATE THE IMAGES IN ANY OF YOUR COMMERCIAL/NON-COMMERCIAL WORK (non-exhaustive list : ADVERTISING, PACKAGING, BOOKS, WEBPAGE DESIGN...) AS A DERIVATED RESOURCE FOR YOUR NEEDS.
- FOR MOODFLOW.COM PACK ARTWORKS:
INCORPORATE THE IMAGES IN ANY OF YOUR COMMERCIAL/NON-COMMERCIAL WORK (non-exhaustive list : ADVERTISING, PACKAGING, BOOKS, WEBPAGE DESIGN...) AS A DERIVATED RESOURCE FOR YOUR NEEDS, PROVIDED YOU INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING COPYRIGHT NOTICE "Image(s) copyright Jeff Quick - www.Moodflow.com -") IN AN EASY TO SEE PLACEMENT ON YOUR FINAL PRODUCT.
YOU MAY NOT :
- RESELL/REDISTRIBUTE DIRECTLY THE IMAGES IN ANY FORM (PHYSICAL OR ELECTRONICAL). THE IMAGES MUST BE USED AS A PART OF A COMMERCIAL PRODUCT/PROJECT (OR NON-COMMERCIAL) BUT THE ORIGINAL IMAGE CAN'T BE DOWNLOADED/PRINTED/DISTRIBUTED SEPARATLY FOR SALE OR RE-USE BY OTHERS (EVEN FOR FREE) ;
- SUBLICENSE/RESELL YOUR LICENSE. THIS END-USER LICENSE IS INTENTED TO BE USED BY ONLY ONE PERSON AND THE RIGHTS TO USE THE ARTWORK CAN ONLY BE GRANTED BY AMADEI CEDRIC ;
- USE THE IMAGES IN A PROJECT WHERE YOU WILL PRODUCE MORE THAN 2,500 UNITS OF ANY KIND OF PRODUCT (DOWNLOADS COUNTS ARE EXCLUDED). IN THE CASE THAT YOU WILL PRODUCE MORE THAN 2,500 UNITS OF YOUR PRODUCT OR IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS WHETHER YOUR PROJECT IS SUITABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT OR NOT, YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT US TO ASK FOR A PERSONALIZED QUOTE.
- USE THE IMAGES AND ALL OTHER MATERIAL ACQUIRED WITH THIS LICENSE TO COMPETE WITH ANY WEBSITE OWNED BY MAGIKNET EURL/AMADEI CEDRIC OR JEFF QUICK INCLUDING THIS ONE (http://www.3D-Passion.com).
BY DOWNLOADING AN IMAGE OR ANY OTHER MATERIAL FROM THE COMMERCIAL MEMBERSHIP OR THE HIGH RESOLUTION IMAGE STORE YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE TO THIS PRESENT AGREEMENT. ANY OFFENDER WILL BE PURSUED BY FULL MEANS. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY EITHER "MAGIKNET EURL/AMADEI CEDRIC" (AUTHOR OF ORIGINAL 3D-PASSION.COM ARTWORKS) OR "JEFF QUICK" (AUTHOR OF MOODFLOW.COM PACK ARTWORKS) IF ANY OF THE PREVIOUS RULES HAVE NOT BEEN RESPECTED.
3) Projects/products with more than 2,500 units using our artworks
The prices given for the Commercial Membership and the High-Resolution Image Store (Standard/Royalty-Free) are valid for a production of 2,500 units maximum. If you are targeting wider productions, please refer to this chart:

* "Price of the image" refers to the price displayed in the High-Resolution Image Store.
Then please contact us with the name of the image(s) you need and the production you are targeting. We will create a special payment page to purchase the image(s), and we will give you a personalized version of our customer agreement.
Note: The Commercial Membership is the only option that is not extensible. It is limited to a 2,500 units production and always requires placement of artworks credits on the final product(s) using the images contained in this membership.
4) For all other uses of the 3D-Passion.com artworks
We are open to any requests, so please contact us for questions if you have more important needs (more than 2,500 units produced, download counts excluded) or for projects/products/marketing needs that are at the edge of our customer agreement terms (for example business cards). The two products we sell on this site (commercial membership and high-resolution images in the high-resolution image store) are designed to comply with the standardized "small" projects/products, but any single image or group of images available on this site can be purchased at any resolution for any type of commercial/non commercial projects/products provided that we come to an arrangement that satisfies both parties.
